Power grows with confidence,
Power grants fear,
Fear towards one’s self.

Power gives one a craving,
A craving for more,
It’s uncontrollable and everyone has it.

People crave power,
Animals crave power,
Leaders crave power,
Power that they already had.

They want more and more
Until nothing is left,
But a shred of worthlessness
And depression.

Even the hungriest eat,
And so do the starving,
When they’ve had only a little.
